In an article published Monday January 6 by Plastics News it is believed that the global plastics machinery market will increase to $37.1 billion by 2017, growing at an annual rate of 6.9%.  These figures are a projection from research group Freedonia Inc..  Freedonia also predicts that injection molding will be the leader of plastics processing equipment sold in 2017.
